These terms and conditions apply to all offers, agreements and deliveries of Kepture.

Offers and prices
All our offers are non-binding unless they state a deadline. Prices are in euros and include VAT unless stated otherwise. We may correct obvious mistakes in an offer.
Agreement
The agreement is formed when you accept our offer in writing or by e-mail, or when we start the work.
Performing the assignment
We carry out the assignment to the best of our knowledge and ability. You make sure we receive all the information and cooperation we need in time. An agreed deadline is an indication unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Payment
You pay invoices within 14 days of the invoice date. After that period you are in default and we may charge statutory interest and reasonable collection costs.
Intellectual property
All rights to what we make or deliver, such as texts, designs and software, remain with us or our licensors unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Liability
Our liability is limited to direct damage and to the amount our insurance pays out in that case, or otherwise the invoice amount of the agreement. We are not liable for indirect damage, such as lost profit. This limit does not apply in case of intent or deliberate recklessness, nor where the law does not allow it.
Force majeure
If we cannot deliver because of a circumstance beyond our control, our obligations are suspended. If that lasts longer than 60 days, either party may cancel the agreement.
Complaints
Do you have a complaint? Report it by e-mail within 14 days of discovering the problem to [fill in]. We respond within 14 days with a substantive reply or an expected handling time.

Applicable law and disputes
These terms and all agreements are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the district where we are located, unless the law designates another court for a consumer.
